Returns
- You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your items upon delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description.
- We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the situation.
